L-3 Telemetry-West's (TW) InControl represents
the most advanced COTS-based command and control solution on the market
today. InControl includes a broad
set of functionality that has been developed and fielded by L-3 TW
over the course of many years of operational use, including support
for over 50 satellite missions. In addition to the functions typically
expected from a control center software, L-3 TW’s InControl (e.g.
command generation, telemetry processing, and automation tools such
as procedures and schedulers), also provides strong external interfaces
to support the integration of third-party products and unique system
