Dear valued TerraCom TCM-600 and LMC-400 series microwave radio owners:

This letter is to advise you that as of the date of this letter, L-3 Communications Telemetry West, the original equipment manufacturer of heritage TerraCom TCM-600 series (TCM-610, TCM-620 and TCM-640) and LCM-400 series radios will no longer offer these models for sale.

As a world-class microwave radio manufacturer for over thirty years, we consistently put forth every effort to provide, quality services for our customers. Unfortunately, we no longer have availability of key components for these, our oldest series of radios, due to supplier obsolescence issues.

We will always respond to our customer’s technical problems to the best of our ability, but can no longer officially offer maintenance and repair, or guarantee availability of components for these products.

L-3 appreciates our customers’ loyalty, and we encourage you to consider upgrading to our most recent offering, the TCM-930 series radio. This state of the art microwave radio offers the same robust, rugged design with various high-speed digital interface options and higher performance for your wideband digital transmission needs. It is also smaller, lighter and less expensive than our earlier radio systems.
